Here in Brazil, we are still in the process of forming RTF teams in some states, but the operating community understands the need for it and the responsibility that they have on the topic. This movement is coming from the bottom up in the government and some states are already planning and training with EMS integrated. Quick response time and quality in the first care is the essence to salve a life, and RTF teams are a clear answer to that problem.
